This allowed me to discuss my feelings, set boundaries, and express my expectations for personal space while maintaining a professional tone.

While the experiences were challenging, I also recognize the importance of personal growth and adaptability in such circumstances.   余建介绍,前不久,哈尔滨冰雪旅游火爆出圈,政府部门靠前服务、商家业户重信守诺、广大市民热情迎客,开启了黑龙江的“宠客”模式,得到了广泛的点赞和好评,这也在一定程度上反映了我省营商环境持续改善的成效。刚才省长已经讲到了,去年我们新登记市场主体增长了14%,新签约招商项目同比增长了13.8%,新设立外商投资企业同比增长了68.5%。

  在实际工作中,我们突出抓了四项工作:一是比学赶超、争创一流。我们对标先进地区,举全省之力持续开展优化营商环境专项行动,通过月调度、季通报、半年讲评、全年考核,各地各部门创先争优,形成了层层都抓营商环境、人人都抓营商环境的浓厚氛围和强大合力。

  二是真心实意、用情用力。问需于企、问效于企,开通服务企业的“快速通道”和解决问题的“绿色通道”,全省有3万名干部包联52.2万户企业,解决实际问题1.78万个。全面推行包容审慎监管执法,为经营主体留足“容错”“试错”空间,累计办理包容审慎案件31万余件,彰显了执法温度。出台系列惠企政策,利用“全省事”APP精准推送,实现政策“免申即享”“直达快享”。

  三是马上就办、办就办好。依托数字政府建设,优化政务服务模式,同步推进多项“高效办成一件事”,在全国率先完成“退休一件事”集中攻关和创新示范,退休办理由过去30个工作日到现在只用10分钟就可以办结,这是一个历史性的跨越。推出涉及公安、民政、人社、医保、交通等便民应用500余项,大大缩短了办事环节和时限。

  四是守信践诺、有求必应。健全完善诚信履约机制,持续开展“新官不理旧账”专项整治,全面清理拖欠民营企业账款,对损害政府诚信的行为一律严肃查处。充分发挥12345便民热线“总客服”作用,群众及市场主体有需求,政府各相关部门第一时间回应解决,使经营主体和群众的“急难愁盼”事项事事有回音、件件有着落。
